2024 Annual Meeting
The Berry Creek Estates HOA rescheduled its 2024 Annual Meeting to
Wednesday - May 1st, 2024, via Zoom Webinar. Members must Pre-Register using
this link, by no later than May 1st at 12pm . Members not registered will not be able to enter the meeting. Only one household member may register for the meeting. Members who join via call only, will not be able to vote in the election. Notice of Meeting packet can be downloaded or viewed

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.

January, 2023
Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

Login Password Reset
All user passwords were reset on 4/4/2021 to their original default passwords. This action was necessary due to an unplanned server migration by our internet hosting provider. If you never changed your password to a custom password that only you knew, nothing has changed for you. If, however, you had changed your password, please use the original default password you were assigned when your account was created.

2020 Annual Meeting POSTPONED
The 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for 4/14/20 has been postponed as a precaution during the current Covid-19 crisis. Residents have been sent an email announcing this. The meeting will be rescheduled by the Board for a later date in 2020.

Golden Bear Park Meeting
Hello All -
As you may be aware there is undeveloped parkland on Golden Bear Drive in Berry Creek. The City of Georgetown Parks Department has funding to develop this park this year and want to ask the park’s neighbors to provide input as to how they envision “their” park. The department is holding a public input meeting at the parkland on Tuesday, May 21st at 6PM.
